After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment with the details of the product, payment details and personal details.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of Fervour or on DHL by inserting the tracking number supplied.
All items are shipped directly from our boutique or warehouse.
Shipping times will vary. Estimated days to receipt is 3-7 days. In case of special request, kindly contact our Customer Help number or email.
Please note that you have 10 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us, should you not receive the products. If you contact us after this 10 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
Once the order has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order.

We offer a very simple and easy 7 days return policy. You can conveniently return any item for a credit coupon, within 7 days from the date of delivery. No refunds are provided for purchases.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
All items purchased from Fervour can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code.
This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 2 months on www.fervour.in or the boutique at 118, Lavelle Road, Bangalore 560001.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box:

Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned within 7 days.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
